Share My Pet is all about sharing the love of pets in your local community. We value the importance of having an established group of animal lovers and pet owners that have each other’s back. In addition to having a real connection and support system within your local community, supporting local cafes and businesses has never been more important than right now.
Share My Pet has reached out to some of the most dog-friendly cafes right across NZ. Together we have collaborated to bring about Share My Pet’s Canine Coffee Club. Cafes onboard will be offering a variety of awesome discounts to Share My Pet Premium Members. This could mean a free pupperchino with any human order. Or a discounted hot drink! Perhaps a free cookie for your canine buddy to enjoy is the ticket. To find out which cafes are on board and how to join the Share My Pet Canine Coffee Club click here.
The Canine Coffee Club is all about getting out. It is also about your fur buddy and exploring the wonders of New Zealand. With this in mind, pop into your local cafes or try something new when out and about exploring a dog-friendly road trip.
Lead the way, how can I join?
To become part of the Share My Pet Canine Coffee Club you need to be a premium member. Sharing the love of pets means you have made an account for yourself or for your pet and paid the annual ($49.99) or monthly ($9.99) membership fee. Premium members have full, unlimited access to the pet sharing messenger system. This means you can communicate with as many pet owners and pet carers when you wish to arrange pet sharing dates and pet care when needed. An additional benefit to being a premium member is also having unlimited access to great discounts from many of New Zealand’s most trusted and favorite pet services and products. So, please see our Premium Members bonus page on our homepage in more detail here.
The idea behind the Share My Pet Coffee Club is simple. We want pet owners and animal lovers to have lots of great and welcoming places to visit with their dogs and meet their fellow pet sharing community. This could mean you are on a pet sharing date and are hanging out with your new fur friend. Or you are meeting up with your pack for a walk and socializing fun! Love coffee and dogs? The Canine Coffee Club does too! So, share the love of pets and combine the best of both worlds.
Lets sniff it out! Who’s on board?

Rollickin Gelato has three Cafes across Christchurch central & provide the perfect place to satisfy your sweet tooth. They specialize in house made gelato and sorbets, made fresh each day alongside a cabinet of mouth-watering sweet treats and hot desserts. The whole team absolutely love Doggos, each cafe provides dog watering bowls and leash clips for you to park your pooch.
Rollickin’ noticed a lot of their regular customers would buy an extra scoop for their dog to lick. This led to the creation of how to make a dog (& human) friendly ice cream flavours. After much research and taste testing, they named a dog friendly flavour ‘WOOF WOOF’ which is whipped up using Peanut Butter and Banana.
WOOF WOOF flavored icecream for dogs is available whenever Rollickin’ host a dog walk event – giving out free dog scoops for the fun of it & in exchange for donations. This is done to help raise money for the SPCA.

Future Plans and Dreams
Over time we hope that the Coffee Club will extend to include several great dog-friendly cafes in every town and city of NZ. To help us get there why not send us the name of your favorite local dog-friendly cafe. In addition to your help we can approach cafes to join in on the fun! Tell all your friends and help get the Canine Coffee Club established in your region.
Future plans include setting up monthly Share My Pet meetups for all our members to come along to. Great for new members, existing members, or anyone keen to learn first hand what pet sharing is all about. The idea is to offer regular opportunities for your furry charges to get together and meet up on a regular basis.
