I’m Val. I’m 26 and when I was 22 I decided to come to New Zealand for a working holiday experience. When Covid happened, I stayed longer than expected in Auckland where I met my partner and I’ve been with him since. At home I had 5 dogs: Juana, Lilo, Felipa, Olivia and Miley (Yes, because of Miley Cyrus). A year ago, my mum called me to tell me that Lilo passed away and recently we lost Miley too. Being around my babies is hard every day and I have a canvas of their faces in my night table. The dog in my picture is Pacha, a friend’s dog that I love to visit from time to time. I have loads of love to give to dogs because I truly believe they are the best thing of this world.
Unfortunately, I cannot have dogs of my own as I’m on a work visa and I cannot bring my babies here because they have to be in quarantine in London alone and it’s not something I would like to put them through.
If you have a furry friend that needs some extra cuddles or walks, I promise I’ll treat them like kings/queens because they deserve nothing less ♥️
