I have owned animals (cats, dogs, rabbits and fish) all my life. Until March 2020 I had a Jack Russell dog, but he was very frail in his later years and could no longer go for walks and slept most of the time. I miss taking him for walks and would like to do so with another dog. I would also like my children (aged 8 & 9) to have some experience playing with a dog who is physically able to play with them so they can experience the full joy of dog ownership.
I have two cats (born March 2019) who used to get on well with our elderly dog.
