We are a family of 4 with 2 children – an 11 year old girl and 9 year old boy. A few years ago, my son tested to have allergies to cats and dogs. He has asthma and excema, which he is currently being treated on. My children have been asking to have a dog and I have been researching on pet options that may be less of an allergen for my son. We are now looking for breeds that will not trigger excessive allergic reactions from my son and hope this community will help us find a dog that will suit our family.
