Hi there,
My name is Petra, 34 yrs old, born and raised in The Netherlands. Me and my partner moved to NZ 2 yrs ago.
I’m working in a medical centre in Christchurch, and in my spare time I go to the gym, play field hockey, and in wintertime hit the slopes!
As a kid and teenager/young adult my parents always had a dog (labrador and golden retriever). As I was still in school back then, they did most of the work, but I walked the dog every evening, and if parents not available I took care of feeding the dog. And of course play/cuddle with him every moment of the day!
I had 2 rabbits as a kid. I always wanted to become a vet, but ended up doing something else.
I would love to have my own dog, but our rental agreement, unfortunately, doesn’t allow pets…
I Don’t have a lot of experience with dog training, but willing to learn some basics.
Not much experience with cats, except for feeding + cuddling with my friends cat when she was away on holiday.
I’m available weekends, weekdays in the evening, and quite often I have Mondays off too.
Holidays a bit unsure, depending when and how long.
