I live in Kāpiti with my family which includes a nervous cat and 3 very friendly chickens. My son is very keen on a dog and I am keen for him to walk one to see if he is up for the challenge. He is 13 and wants a puppy so much but having had a dog growing up, I am aware of the work involved.
We/he can walk after school and on weekends and I also work from home a few days a week.
