We are an animal loving family, sadly we said goodbye to our beloved dog Bella last year at the age of 17. Since then we’ve been fostering dogs through Chained Dog Rehoming and Rehabilitation. Most of our foster dogs are well socialised with other dogs so they would love a dog buddy to play with, especially more mature dogs who can help them learn ‘how to dog’. Pictured is our first foster dog Archie, who found his forever home last year. We also have two budgies, and at the moment, a rescue pigeon (but she probably won’t stay once she’s recovered).
We have two kids, age 9 and 11 who really like animals. We’d be very happy to have your dog come and hang at our place during the day. And if you dog likes having a ball or stick thrown for hours on end, or being cuddled excessively we are definitely a good option!
I sometimes work from home, and my partner is always here. Ideally looking for pet shares within 5km.
Casual weekend outings would suit, too. We could also look after your dog or bird while you’re on holiday.
