This is Tosca, also known as the most annoying cat in the world, he’s 17, deaf and slightly blind. As he’s deaf his meow is very loud but he’s extremely affectionate cat, to the point of annoying, loves his cuddles and they are never enough. He’s an indoor cat, never used to be but that’s how he rolls these days. He lives with my Rhodesian Ridgeback, Brooke.
