Susie – a chihuahua x pomeranian
- teeny tiny, she sits on my shoulder and nuzzles around my neck, a true lap dog
- loves the dog park, beach, and fetch (she doesn’t let go of the ball though woops)
- has no fear of big dogs, but knows to surrender (lies on her back)
- hates wearing harnesses or coats, so I’m careful to make sure she isn’t pulling when walking with lead and collar
- decent recall so there would be potential for off lead with a carer
- I wanted a dog for years before I got Susie, and she is very special and gets me out of the house on the bad days, so I want to pass that on to someone else too!
- well socialized, she frequents cafes and bars, going from one lap to the next
