Meet Elsa, 7 months old labradoodle – playful, energetic, she loves her ball and the beach, she does not like baths, showers and staying home alone. She’s good with kids, doesn’t chase cats (not that I have seen so far…) loves people and other dogs but comes when called. She’s not so good on the leash, but we’re working on that. We just completed the Nelson Dog Club’s essential skills course, and want to go on with further training.
Not sure how she is with cats – a friend has a rather vicious cat who taught her to be cautious, not sure how she is with other cats. She’ll keep her distance, bark, might bound up – I’d love her to have a cat buddy but that might need a little time…
