I am looking for a family with children, in my area, who perhaps are wondering about adding a fur baby to their life and would like to trial out that idea with my wee dog Jessie a beautiful and lovely natured 5 year old, bichon x toy poodle.
My other dog, her mum is about to undergo major leg surgery and the recovery time will be some months before she can run and play with Jessie again. I think Jessie is getting sad without a mate to play zoomies with and she is missing my grandchildren who have recently left for a home overseas, she needs some young friends.
Jessie is cuddly, sensitive and caring. She loves running around doing zoomies at the beach, and chasing and returning frisbees; if its a donut shaped she pops her head through its center and walks around with it just in case someone might throw it for her. She likes dress up and being told she is a “pretty girl”, she likes being pushed in a pram/trolley and will ride on scooters/skate boards if there is room for her.
Jess is well behaved has never shown aggression towards anything or anyone. She is fully trained to walk on/off lead, will come when called and when off lead will not to stray to far as is scared about getting lost.
She has been raised as a house dog, she is fully house trained and is able to access outside through the cat flap. She loves having a bath and being clean – she goes to a professional groomer every 8 weeks.
